General Summary:  

The Inside Customer Sales Associate plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by establishing, maintaining, and growing profitable relationships with existing and potential customers. This position operates from within the Sales Department, utilizing various communication channels to engage with clients, understand and resolve their needs, and promote products, services, and solutions. The role involves a combination of sales skills, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday. The wage range is $20-$22, with excellent benefits! 

 Essential Job Functions 

Customer Engagement:

• Prompt and effective communication with customers via phone, email, and other digital channels.
• Thoroughly understand the customer’s needs, and provide solutions that build long term, profitable customer relationships.

Sales Activities:

• Identify and execute on sales opportunities through problem/solution upselling, and cross-selling.
• Articulate product features, benefits, and pricing persuasively.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop a total understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and product recommendations to customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's products against competitors.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions. 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• A self-starter with a results-driven attitude.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Team Collaboration: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, or sales teams.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for extended periods of time on a daily basis
• Computer Use: Extended periods of computer use are typical, requiring proficiency in typing, using a keyboard and mouse, and looking at a screen for a significant portion of the workday.
• Phone Communication: Extended use of a telephone/headset for making and receiving calls.
