Responsibilities:

• Safely transport appliances to customers' homes using company-provided vehicles.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of appliances, following designated routes and schedules.
• Install a variety of appliances including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, and dryers according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Test appliances to verify proper installation and functionality, addressing any issues or concerns as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including vehicles and tools.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• Previous experience in appliance delivery and installation required, with a demonstrated ability to install a variety of appliances.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances (up to 100 pounds) safely.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, gas and plumbing systems preferred.
