Our Client, a busy inbound call center in Blue Bell, is seeking experienced call center representatives. 

 

Multiple shifts are available for this in office call center position. 

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm

 

The ideal call center representative has:

• Experience in customer service 
• Inbound/Outbound call experience
• Proficient at navigating between the CRM and Outlook.  Have ability to multitask. 
• Able to speak clearly and properly on phone. 
• Attendance is critical, ability to stick to an assigned schedule. 
• With reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude.
