Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East (Skilled Trades Team) is hiring Shear Operators for a manufacturing company in Batavia, OH. Candidates with construction experience, forklift, overhead crane typically excel at this role. 

Core Function: 
• Set up and operate shear to cut metal plates, sheets, bars, slabs, etc. 
• Lift/move workpieces as required 
• Lay out cutting lines on workpieces
• Set up and operate shear on production line
• Perform quality checks on run pieces 

Shift: 2nd Shift, Mon-Fri 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Pay: Based on experience.
