Salary: $62,400.00-$83,200.00

Direct Hire opportunity in Hayward, CA - CA Certified Journeyman/Journeywoman level role doing residential, commercial and multi-dwelling projects

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Works with Electrical equipment and blueprints to assemble, repair, service and/or install various residential electrical tasks.
• Interpret specification, blueprints, as needed for completion of job.
• Installs electrical equipment, wiring, and assemblies at job site.
• Ensure all material, equipment and tools are in hand to complete assigned project.
• Study schedules and ensure timely reporting to job sites assigned.
• Analyze and resolve work problems with any assigned helpers. 
• Follows company policies and safety regulations.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years of solid residential electrical experience based on your tenure as an Electrician.
• Experience within clean-energy solutions industry desired.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. 
• Must be a Certified Electrician in state of CA.
• Understanding of NEC Codes.
• Experience installing PV solar panels, EV charging stations, LED lighting and battery storage backup desired.

 

Qualities Preferred:

• Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable.
• Team player and willing to support the needs of the business.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 35’ (scaffolding/bucket truck)

 

Education:

• Trade school and Certified Electrician

 

Equipment Used:

• Must have your own hand tools, all other tools shall be provided.

Salary Range:

• $62K - $83K DOE
