Position: Construction Accountant

Pay: Up to $70,000/year

YOUR ROLE

• Prepare financial statements including supporting schedules and reports.
• Perform monthly closing activities such as: Prepare sales and cash journal entries, reconcile all Accounts Receivable accounts, expense prepaid rent, real property taxes, and all insurances.
• Financial Analyses
• Coordination of Annual Physical Inventory

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
• Previous work experience within construction industry is preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
