Job Title: Inventory Clerk

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inventory Clerk to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the maintaining inventory records and reporting any discrepancies. This position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
• Send orders to the office based on inventory needs and stock availability.
• Perform regular counting of incoming materials and supplies to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and report any discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
• Distribute and stock supplies as required in designated areas.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the plant manager.
• Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Fridays from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Report directly to the plant manager.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven work experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role.
• Excellent math and analytical skills with the ability to handle numerical data accurately.
• Proficient in speaking and understanding English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Willingness and ability to work extended hours if necessary to meet operational demands.
• Forklift experience with an up-to-date certification.
• Comfortable working in outdoor elements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and analysis.
