On-site Customer Care Representative

Express Employment Professionals is hiring an On-site Customer Care Representative for a local company in Superior, WI. This is a full-time, in person position with day shift hours. The starting wage is $17/hour with exceptional room for growth.

The Customer Care Representative assists in the overall delivery of service and processes client appointments and online applications. This includes:

• Must be reliable with on-site attendance. 
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Responding to questions about program eligibility.
• Processing on-demand online applications.
• Redirecting potential clients to other contacts or office locations as necessary.

**THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE**

 

Successful candidates will have 2+ consecutive years experience working in an office setting, strong customer service skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Previous call center experience is a plus, not a must. Excellent phone and computer acumen is needed, as is a high school diploma or GED.
