Whether you are already in the green industry or looking to begin your seasonal career, this company is seeking loyal, accountable, and hard-working team members to join their lawn care team. Having fun and enjoying the outdoors is a must! Base pay range is $18/hour, overtime is available. Commission bonuses are available too!

 

Lawn Care Technicians perform a variety of duties on a daily basis; including organic lawn care, fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, perimeter insect control, mosquito control, flea & tick control, lawn disease control, and more. Customer service is a key element of the position, as well as product mixing and applications. Experience in landscaping, fertilization, and/or customer service is a plus but not required. We will train anyone passionate about lawn care and being outside!

 

 

 

• Day Shift | Full Time
• 7:00am – end time varies based on workload. 8-11 hour day on average
• $18.00 / hour + commission
• OT required during peak season of May – Mid July
• Valid DL required
• Ability to pass a pesticide exam required after 2 weeks of study guide training & practice testing

  

Job Duties

• Fertilizing
• Insect control
• Aerating during season

 

 Experience:

• No experience required

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, and commitment to safe driving
• Strong communication skills
• Physical ability to stand, lift 50+ lbs as needed, and perform field work for duration of shift
• Pesticide applicators license OR ability to achieve a license in near future (we pay for test)
