Express Employment Professionals is currently assisting a client in their search to fill a Maintenance Technician position in the Twin Cities metro. This is a direct hire job opportunity.

Responsibilities for this Maintenance Technician job include:

• Repairing and performing maintenance on residential areas
• Troubleshooting issues in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Making sure all equipment is working properly and ready for use
• Ensure everything is set for new move-ins

• Great customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot

Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, with on-call status every 6 months
