Our Tri-Cities based client has an exciting opportunity to add to their creative team of designers, project managers, fabricators, and installers! This organization has a long, established history of delivering world class signage and custom fabrication projects.

 

The company is hiring a full-time Senior Sign Fabricator Project Lead. This role involves collaborating with a variety of other team members across departments in producing the various complex projects for which this firm is well-known.

 

Other Duties, Responsibilities, and Experience Needed:

· This position requires a good understanding of sign manufacturing from initial design to final installation.

· Experience in fabrication, particularly metal, sign, and custom fabrication, along with MIG welding are congruent skillsets with this opportunity.

· The role involves independently leading and executing (as project lead) the manufacturing of all types of signage. These signage types include large freestanding and tower signs, as well as fascia displays.

· Management experience, especially in a comparable role, is good to have. BUT it is not required. If you are looking to move into a management role and have the aptitude for that, you are strongly encouraged to apply!

· CWB welding certification, sheet metal certification, and/or metal fabrication certification is desirable, but not required.

· Successful experience in working as part of a diverse team.
