Finishing/Patcher

Concrete company looking for Finishers/Patchers!

 

Monday - Friday 5am - 2pm
OT available as needed and required to complete tasks 

Pay DOE starting at $20

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Understanding of patching techniques using varieties of colors, textures, and finishes
• A keen eye for detail in color matching
• Experience with acid washing is a plus
• Ability to accurately weigh correct proportions of materials from approved patch mix design
• Ability to work without direct supervision in a fast paced environment
• Ability to produce high quality work
• Operational experience driving a fork truck and man lift

 

EDUCATION AND OR EXPERIENCE: High school education; 2- 3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arm; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel crouch or crawl.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

 

The employee must regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds.

 

While performing the duties of this job the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions and is regularly exposed to wet and or humid conditions.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Employee is required to wear hard hat, steel toed boots, ear protection and safety glasses at all times when they are working. In addition wear the correct respirator and rubber gloves when using chemicals.

 

Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, OT as needed and required to complete tasks the day of work. Pay DOE starting at $17
