Quality Inspector

Located in Meriden, CT

Salary: $18-$26/hour BOE

QUALITY INSPECTOR- Full-Time

1st and 2nd Shift positions available

Responsibilities include:

• Inspect and approve in-process and finished products by confirming specifications and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

• Conduct visual and measurement testing.

• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and input data into quality database.

• Ensure that all parts and materials are in full compliance.

• Perform layout inspection.

• Perform 1st piece- first article inspection. 

Qualifications/Experience:

• At least 3 years experience as an Inspector.

• Blueprint reading & geometric tolerancing interpretation required.

• Experience using micrometers, calipers, depth gauges indicators, and precision gauges.
