Sheet Metal Mechanic

Located in Tyler, TX

We are currently seeking a skilled sheet metal mechanic to join a Tyler, TX shop.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products, particularly those related to HVAC-R systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop custom sheet metal solutions.
• Perform repairs and modifications on existing HVAC-R installations to improve efficiency and performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed for projects.

Qualifications:

• Possess necessary tools and equipment for sheet metal fabrication.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders.
• Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay:  $20-25 hour - depending on experience.
