An Ozaukee County Distribution Company is currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

 

Long term temporary assignment for Maternity Leave fulfillment

May 2024 - November 2024

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.  Salary: $21-24/hour

Description of Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Review incoming E-Commerce orders and process.
• Accurately enter (non-E-Commerce) sales orders into the Business System.
• Post Direct Ship orders into Business System.
• Scan documents into Laserfiche program for electronic storage.
• Assist in making changes to orders per customer requests as directed by the CSR’s.
• Perform shipping tracers and provide tracking information to our Distributors.
• Review backlog of open sales orders to assist the CSR’s with follow up on open orders.
• Assist customers by directing overflow calls to the appropriate CSR.
• Perform special projects as needed.
• Other opportunities may be added based on ability of the individual.
