TP is searching for Production Technicians who will have core responsibilities in plywood. This job performs tasks in a fast-paced mill environment, commonly working independently and as part of a team with limited supervision at times. This detail-oriented and hard-working Skilled Labor work is important to our success and will help work internally with other staff and management to complete production goals on a daily and weekly basis. Completing projects within specifications and maintaining quality work is valued with this employer.
Job highlights:

• Competitive pay range after 45 day probationary period. Probationary wage is $20.53/hr as a base labor rate + shift differentials after probationary period. As you become trained and gain experience, there may be opportunities for job growth and advancement. If/when successful in bidding for other job opportunities in the mill expect to have an average wage of $22-24+/hr.
• May learn to operate a variety of machines and equipment.

What we look for in qualified candidates:

• Previous experience working in a mill, manufacturing or other production environment preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to work all shifts, and overtime as required.
• Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
