Lead Warehouse Associate

Located in Mokena, IL

Salary: $20-$25/hour

This is a “hands-on” warehouse lead position for an exciting start-up company in Mokena, IL! The ideal candidate will have past experience dealing with e-commerce fulfillment/drop shipping warehouse operations to help the company continue to grow.   Candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and packing outbound finished goods, and moving goods throughout the warehouse, as well as ensuring all shipping paperwork is completed and all orders are shipping out on-time & according to customer specifications. 

Requirements

• At least 18 years old

• 2 years warehouse experience including order fulfilment and material handling duties

• Ability and experience driving a forklift

• High School diploma required or GED

• 1+ years experience directly managing/leading employees

• Excellent attendance record

• Ability to solve problems in the moment

• Experience working in fast moving environments with changing priorities

• Must be highly organized

• Have some proficiency with software tools such as MS Office, shipping platforms, and inventory management systems

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
