Job Title: CNC Machinist and Manual Machinist

Position Overview: Our client is seeking experienced CNC Machinists and/or Manual Machinists to fill permanent positions within their organization. The ideal candidates will be proficient in programming and operating CNC machinery, including Mazak, Doosan, Fanuc, and Dyna machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual machining equipment.
• Execute machining operations according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of finished parts through thorough inspection.
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist and Manual Machinist, with expertise in programming and setup procedures.
• Proficiency in operating Mazak, Doosan, Fanuc, and Dyna machines preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in machining operations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.

Schedule: This is a full-time position with regular hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required based on production demands.
