If you have your own truck, tools, a flexible schedule, and are willing to travel within Connecticut to provide top-notch property maintenance services, we encourage you to apply. This is a Part-Time position, but can develop into a Full-Time position.

**Responsibilities:**

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs for residential properties
• Handle various tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to meet property maintenance needs.
• Travel within Connecticut as required to fulfill job assignments.
• Communicate effectively with property owners and management regarding maintenance needs and completed tasks.

**Qualifications:**

• Own a reliable truck for transportation to job sites.
• Possess a comprehensive set of tools for various maintenance and repair tasks.
• Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must have a smartphone and good computer skills.
• Must be able to read and write in English. Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
