- Local Shelby County shop in need of a skilled welder Team Lead
- Small shop environment

Pay/Benefits:
- $23+/hour (based on experience)
- Dental and Vision insurance offered
- Evaluation to Hire position
- PTO
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm & overtime on Friday as needed
Requirements:
- Skilled MIG Welder
- Must be able to work from blueprints
- Must have the drive to lead a team of 7-Willing to train
- Bilingual-Spanish/English-Required
