 Swiss CNC Machinist

Join an expanding team at a company located in New London, MN. If you're experienced with CNC machines and have operated a Swiss CNC machine, we want you on board. A Swiss CNC machine, also known as a Swiss-type lathe or Swiss automatic lathe, is a cutting-edge precision manufacturing machine capable of producing small parts quickly and accurately.

Position Details:

• Compensation: $30.00-$45.00 per hour (Based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in CNC work.
• Consistent employment for one year within the last two years.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to occasionally lift 10-20 pounds.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Skilled in programming and operating CNC machines, particularly Swiss CNC machines.
• Physical capabilities include frequent standing, sitting, walking, and reaching with both hands and arms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints to maintain precise dimensions of machined parts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine operation issues independently.
• Perform setups, including revisions for offsets, measuring, inspecting parts, and completing necessary paperwork.
• Program and operate Citizen Swiss CNC Machines.
