Outside Sales Representative

Located in Lincoln, NE

Salary: Up to $20/hr

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an Outside Sales Representative to assist a Lincoln, NE technology company in its continued growth strategies. The ideal candidate for this position will be outgoing and personable with the persistence necessary to grow business and drive sales.

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Generate new leads and business opportunities
• Respond to customer inquiries and strive to understand their unique needs
• Engage with customers via phone, email, social media, and other means to generate interest in products
• Act as product line expert and tailor solutions to resolve issues that may arise
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations
• Create and negotiate proposals, contracts, and other agreements outlining products, services, and pricing
• Maintain company database and accurately record customer interactions

Experience/Education/Skills:

• Willing to learn about new products, services, industries, etc.
• Results-driven and persistent with the ability to negotiate
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Active listening and analytical skills to determine appropriate solutions, products, services, etc.
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented

Schedule/Pay:

• This is a day shift opportunity
• Pay up to $20/hr
• Employees paid weekly!
