Our Employment Specialist serves as the face for both our employees and clients. You will be responsible for consulting candidates on onboarding processes and potential opportunities, as well as screening, recruiting and interviewing candidates, coordinating professionally with client companies regarding applicants they are searching for, and general data entry of information received. The Light Industrial Employment Specialists focus on finding candidates manufacturing, production, and factory jobs, while the Office Services Employment Specialists manage administrative positions. If you have experience in either of these areas, let us know!

Qualities we look for:

• Experience in a high volume phone or sales environment, office setting, customer service, leading/supervising/managing others
• Ability to quickly build rapport with employees and clients, especially with coaching and motivating others
• Computer proficiency, especially MS Office
• Ability to follow directions and trust proven processes for results
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• The desire for professional development and growth
