Architect Senior Designer

Located in Austin, TX

Salary: $110K to $120K

Our client in is a fast-growing architect firm seeking to add a Senior Designer to their growing team in Dallas, Texas. This client specializes in municipal / educational buildings, and they have projects throughout Texas.

Senior Designer key responsibilities:

• Create project designs and plans for all phases of projects, for multiple projects at once
• Responsible for preparing presentations and design drawings with collaboration to develop specific concepts incorporating code compliance and state educational guidelines
• Establish and create programming, budgeting, and master plan concepts that align with the long-range program needs

Senior Designer Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in architecture preferred or bachelor’s degree meeting licensure criteria required
• Must be actively pursuing licensure
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Project Designer or equivalent role
• Knowledge of city planning ordinances, building codes, and accessibility standards, required

Major software requirements include REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lumion, Enscape and Microsoft Office, required

Work schedule is Monday through Friday with Pay range from $110K to $120K, with potential bonus
