Salary: 150,000 - 200,000

JOB SUMMARY: As the Chief Executive Officer they're responsible for the strategic and profitable management and organization of the facility, monitors and manages overall facility performances, performs comprehensive marketing activities, provides liaison between the Board of Directors, the Medical Staff and the various hospital departments, develops business plans responsive to corporate-wide financial and business goals and objectives, and ensures that financial and quality performance goals and objectives are met for the facility. Develops departmental budget, educates staff, and communicates with other departments/disciplines to ensure compliance and quality of care/service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or a related professional field. Suitable experience may be substituted for a professional degree at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of four (4) years experience in health care administration, preferably in psychiatric inpatient and/or Residential Treatment setting.
LICENSURE: As required by each disciple.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: A thorough knowledge of JACHO regulations and state and federal regulatory standards.
