Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a set of client accounts to ensure accurate invoicing, cash application, and timely collections
• Collaborate effectively with Sales and Operations teams to maintain smooth workflow and enhance client satisfaction
• Utilize accounting software such as Sage and an internally developed platform for daily billing and reconciliation
• Proactively identify and resolve client billing challenges while upholding superior customer service standards
• Monitor aging accounts receivable, take necessary actions on overdue accounts, and provide regular collection reports
• Assist in credit evaluation and management, including processing credit applications and monitoring client credit lines
• Contribute to process enhancements and suggest best practices to optimize the efficiency of the AR team

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in AR-related role
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Proficient MS Excel software skills
• Solutions-focused and goal-oriented mindset
