Hardscape Foreman

Located in Chelsea, MI

Salary: $24-33/hr

Express Employment is seeking a Hardscape Foreman for a local provider of comprehensive landscape installation, maintenance, tree services, and snow removal.

 

Salary Range: $24-33/hr ($50,000 - $70,000 annually)

Schedule: Typical hours 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, with overtime during peak seasons

 

Jobs you will perform and direct:

• Primarily responsible for layout and installation of hardscape patios, steps, walls

• Tree trimming and removal

• Softscape work: Trimming, planting, mulching, etc.

• Snow removal

• Irrigation system installation and maintenance

 

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with general landscaping or tree work

• 5+ years experience with Hardscape installation

• 3+ years experience as a Hardscape crew Foreman

• Extensive experience with driving trucks and trailers

• Ability to work year round including snow removal

• Basic knowledge of small engines and equipment repairs and maintenance “Mechanically minded”

• Be able to nicely and intelligently communicate with customers

• Extensive experience with skid steers, loaders, and excavation equipment

 

Bonuses that would put you above the rest:

• Experience driving large dump trucks or semis

• Certified Arborist

• Any other industry experience such as Tree work, Golf Course, Etc.

• CDL class A License

 

Day shift schedule, paying $24-33/hr.
