Duties:

• Tracks stock levels and verifies adequate inventory prior to quoting lead times.
• Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company's production and delivery schedules.
• Builds and maintains customer’s relationships.
• Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
• Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
• Travels to and attends trade shows, as required.
• Knowledgeable of company’s quality policy and quality objectives.
• Must have excellent customer service capabilities.
• Maintain proficiency with current AS9100 customer-related and sales process requirements (key measurables, risk management and continual improvement, etc.).
• Determines and defines customer requirements, and ensures their inclusion on company's sales order.
• Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
• Sells goods and products to new and existing customers by established company methods.
• Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads, sell products and services.
• Provides quotes, prices, credit terms, and prepares sales orders.
