Miner Technician

Located in Kearney, NE

Salary: $23-28/hr

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a company in Kearney, NE to recruit several Miner Technicians. The ideal candidate for these roles will have experience working in construction, production, manufacturing, or a related field and will have strong foundational knowledge of electronics, troubleshooting, etc. These are highly competitive positions with great benefits that will start immediately!

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Installation of new equipment and machinery
• Routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure proper function of equipment and machinery
• Identify issues with and troubleshoot as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of status checks and maintenance
• Will be on call for after-hours emergencies

Education/Experience/Skills:

• 1-3+ years of workforce experience in a construction, production, or manufacturing role required
• Ability to read schematics, drawing, and manuals required
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• High school diploma or GED
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a close-knit team environment
• Preference given to candidates with additional education or credentials related to electronics, technology, etc.

Schedule/Pay:

• Monday through Friday, day shift
• MUST be willing to be on-call after hours for emergencies
• Pay between $23-28/hr depending on skills, experience, and qualifications
• Potential for bonuses and other supplemental pay
