Salary: $18.00 per hour
Building maintenance by making basic repairs and performing preventative maintenance. Arrange for and act as point of contact for outside vendors (plumbers, electricians, etc.) when required. Maintain grounds with zero-turn mower, tractor, and other grounds keeping equipment. Keep equipment well maintained. Also responsible for helping maintain fuel trucks and fuel farm tanks. 80% of job is Lawn Maintenance.
