The Lead Content Tech in this role oversees a team responsible for cleaning customers' contents following a loss. They manage equipment tracking, maintenance, and inventory, ensuring adequate supplies for daily operations and completing supply orders. Additionally, they train and coach field staff, submit time sheets and job hours, and assist with scheduling and dispatch. The Lead Content Teach conducts initial inspections for new losses, completes estimates, and supervises cleaning processes for both contents and structural damage. They are responsible for reporting inventory, filing documentation, and communicating job progress with various stakeholders, including managers, customers, and insurance adjusters. Maintaining relationships with homeowners, insurance carriers, and vendors is essential, as is the ability to work safely in residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storms, or mold, including during catastrophic events.
