Positions available Quality Inspector I, III and/or IV - $25.00-$31.00/hr

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking candidates with inspector experience. The quality inspector role performs complex inspection tasks as assigned using appropriate inspection tools and techniques. Their function is to ensure that all parts and products under their care are in proper working and meet the quality standards of the company.  

 

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday From 7:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Able to perform cleaning methods on small optics using both hands and a variety of tools
• Able to interpret blueprint of complex machined parts 
• Understanding of AS9102 Rev B required
• Preform visual inspection for chips, fractures, cracks and voids under microscope 
• Calculate progressive dimensions for suitability of downstream applications 

 

What we look for in an Inspector: 

• A.A. Degree or equivalent education gained through work experience, certifications 
• 5+ years in all aspects of aerospace inspection and documentation.  
• Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination 
• Knowledge in AS9100 Rev D, DCC CMM Experience in a plus (Mitutoyo MCOSMOS V3.5 thru V4.5)
