Summary: Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Crop Insurance Support in Great Bend, KS. This position will provide effective customer service to clients, assist in the sales and service of crop insurance policies, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of insurance documents.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, written correspondence, and in-person interactions.
• Assist in the sales and service of crop insurance policies.
• Manage eblasts, scheduling, calendars, and customer contact information.
• Review insurance documents for completeness, accuracy, and program compliance.
• Enter, map, and transmit insurance data using relevant programs and systems.
• Collaborate with the processing team to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Utilize agriculture knowledge to support the insurance needs of growing crops in the area.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Previous experience in crop insurance or agriculture-related field is a plus.
