A local company out of Carmichael is searching for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive and efficient service. From greeting guests and taking orders to deliver meals and addressing any inquiries, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and exceed guest expectations.

Key Job Duties:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and input them into the POS system.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Monitor guests' dining experience and promptly address any issues or requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Check in with guests regularly to meet their needs and offer additional items or services.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and processing credit card transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
