We are looking for a reliable Material Grader associate to join our client’s team!

The Material Grader associate is responsible for handling scrap metal safely and effectively.

Job Duties:

• Operate mini-excavator, machinery, hand tools, metal cutters, and other equipment for handling materials.
• Sort, grade, weight, and clean discarded metal.
• Inspect material based on specific standards.
• Load and stack sorted material.
• Understand and follow all safety practices and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Prior experience with a jammer truck or loader truck in the pulp industry is a plus.
• Must be able to lift 80+ lbs.
• Must be able to bend/stoop and stand for long periods of time.
• Must have have good attention to detail and be comfortable working alone.
• Must know how to use hand tools.

Schedule:

• 1^st  shift
• Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Friday 8:00am-2:00pm

Payrate:

•  $20.00-$22.00/hr. (DOE)
