Hours: Monday – Friday

                5:00am – 2:00pm

                8:00am – 5:00pm

                2:00pm – 11:00pm

                11:00pm – 6:00am

Summary: As a Product Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in the production process by operating various machines, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining organized records of customer shipping needs. Your attention to detail and ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment will contribute to the success of our product development operations. Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of machines including rewinder, press, inspection table, finisher, etc., to produce high-quality products in a climate-controlled environment.
• Monitor the production process to ensure the quality of the product meets company standards.
• Perform scheduled routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
• Keep necessary supplies stocked to maintain uninterrupted production.
• Box up and prepare packages for shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in packaging.
• Maintain organized and continually updated information about customers’ shipping needs to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Collaborate with the product development team to suggest improvements in processes and product quality.
• Demonstrate leadership potential and willingness to take on additional responsibilities to advance into supervisory or managerial roles.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
• Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery.
