Job Title: Scheduling Admin/Office Assistant

Location: Oklahoma City 

Salary: $15 per hour or more, depending on experience.

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized office scheduler to work in office for a leading company providing support to multiple managers with their calendars/schedules. The role will consist of scheduling, data entry, phone etiquette, and ability to multi-task. The successful candidate should possess strong computer skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, filing, and organizing paperwork.
  • Conduct data entry tasks with precision and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed by various departments

Qualifications:

  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
