Customer Service Representative – $18-$20/hr

A local Exton company is searching for a CSR who will have core responsibilities in ensuring customers become raving fans! Our fun and high-energy work environment allows the CSR to be the first step in helping customers and inputting orders. This position receives inbound calls, and at times, will make outbound follow-up client calls. Employees that work here say they enjoy how as a team we document calls and submit orders creating an informed team. This role works independently with custom company software, the ability to type 30+ words per minute and proper phone etiquette is essential.

 What we look for:

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• 2+ years experience in customer service setting
• Type 30+ words per minute
