Production Floater

Located in Schofield, WI

Salary: $16.00+

Our client is currently hiring Production Floaters! The Production Floater will support various warehouse tasks. Join a team where you'll thrive in a clean and safe work environment, being a team player is essential, and enjoy the perk of 3-day weekends!

Payrate is based on experience.

Job Duties:

• Assist machine operators and welders.
• Pick-up and/or deliver parts/assemblies to customers or vendors.
• Material handling, shot blasting, parts washing, janitorial, cylinder assembly-test-paint and product packaging, CNC & robotic tending, submerged arc weld under operator supervision.
• Load and unload parts.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
• Follow & understand all safety rules and protocols.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: 

• Must be 18 years of age to apply. 
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent attendance record.
• Must be detail oriented, have good organizational skills,
• Must work well with others and have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Schedule:

• 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday) 
• 2:00pm-12:00am

Pay rate:

• $16.00+ per hour (depending on experience)
• Plus an additional shift premium for 2nd shift!
