Job Title: Route Sales Representative

 

A well-established, family-owned business in Central Oregon is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Route Sales Representative. This role involves delivering products to customers throughout the region while actively pursuing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service at every interaction
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the customer base
• Perform daily product deliveries across Central Oregon using company vehicles
• Service routes covering Bend, John Day, Burns, Prineville, Sisters, and Redmond
• Represent the company professionally by adhering to uniform and grooming standards

Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver''s License (CDL) or ability to obtain immediately
• Excellent driving record
• Consistent work history demonstrating reliability
• Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed
• Prior route sales experience is an advantage
