A local Effingham Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of machinery. Competitive starting pay of $18-20/hr. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-3pm.

 

Qualifications:

-Must pass FAA drug screening and background check

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment

-Familiarity with operating and maintaining machinery

-Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

-Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy

-Effective communication skills
