Construction Project Manager/Estimator- Hybrid

• This is a DIRECT HIRE Construction Project Manager opportunity for a Mid-Sized commercial construction company based out of Indianapolis. They have been in business for over 15 years. Job duties include the following:
• Participates in the pre-job planning process, establishes goals and objectives for field operations and oversees planning and use of company resources
• Involved in estimating/budgeting/hard bids, and obtaining permits and licenses
• Coordinates and updates clients weekly and provides trouble shooting of construction problems
• Establishes strategies and plans so that construction cost targets are met
• Oversees the terms of construction agreements
• Conducts job site progress meetings, subcontractor coordination, and oversees job schedules as directed

Pay/Benefits:

Requirements:

• Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction Project Management with Estimating knowledge
• Proven ability to manage projects of various size and overseeing their progress in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software (Procore or similar), scheduling software (MS Project or similar), and Online Take-Off software (Bluebeam or similar)
• Thorough understanding of Architectural Blueprints
