Key Job Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Receiving: Receive incoming shipments of premium outdoor lighting products, verifying the accuracy of the delivered items against purchase orders.
- Recording: Accurately record and label received products in the inventory management system, ensuring accuracy.
- Organizing: Organize and categorize products within the warehouse, utilizing an efficient and accessible storage system.
Order Fulfilment:
- Picking: Utilize picking lists to gather products from designated locations in the warehouse.
- Packing: Pack products securely and according to established standards, including labeling and documentation for outbound shipments.
- Coordinating: Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to prioritize and fulfill orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Quality Control:
- Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
- Reporting: Immediately report any product defects, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality control checks, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Shipping and Receiving:
- Documentation Preparation: Prepare shipping documentation, including labels, packing lists, and bills of lading, ensuring compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements.
- Coordination: Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries, optimizing cost-effectiveness.
- Tracking: Monitor and track shipments to provide real-time information on delivery status.
Equipment Operation:
- Safe Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintenance Checks: Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment, reporting any issues promptly to the maintenance team.
Organization and Cleanliness:
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including regular cleaning and organizing tasks.
- Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish warehouse supplies, such as packaging materials and labels, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects, perform physical tasks, and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
