Our Client in Akron, OH immediately seeks part-time Officers / Guards to join their security detail teams out in the field working for private clients. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

Position Details:

Pay is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE
Hours: Vary based on detail assignment
Responsibilities may include:

• Provide security services that include but are not limited to: guard people, business locations that may include entrances / exits / parking lots.
• Monitor clients'' security /surveillance cameras. People watching and observing.
• Remove unwanted customers, individuals, or trespassers.

 

Security assignments may be any of the following, are not limited to these examples and may change at any time:

• Event Venues,
• Special Events,
• Bars,
• Weddings,
• Manufacturing/Factory,
• Construction Sites,
• Nursing Homes,
• Banks,
• Corporations,
• Small Businesses,
• Vacant Buildings,
• Office Building/Complexes,
• Grocery Stores and
• Other high-risk events/locations including protests and labor
  negotiations.

 

Following are examples of assignments outside of regular security assignments. Experience is required for these roles; training is provided as candidates build their security experience:

• Electronic Debug Sweeps / GPS Vehicle Sweeps,
• Surveillance assignments,
• Investigations,
• Executive Protection assignments,
• Employee Termination assignments and
• Firewatch and burglar alarm watch/drop assignments.

Required Skills/Experience:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Military/ law enforcement or security and management experience a plus.
• CPR/ First Aid/ AED Certified a plus.
