Customer Returns Specialist - Contract

 

Our medical manufacturing client in Vernon Hills is seeking a Customer Returns Specialist to join their team on a contract basis.

• Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday 
• Onsite in Vernon Hills, IL
• Contract, 4-6 months

Your Role Within the Company 

• Selects and contacts vendor for RMA’s, creates Repair orders (RO), and determines repair charges on vendor repairs
• Follow up with customers for approval of charges
• Creates work orders for certification orders, vendor repairs, and in-house repair service orders)
• Monitors and maintains the turnaround time for vendor repairs and vendor invoices
• Examines and releases work orders 

 

Background Profile:

• At least a High School Diploma/GED; college education preferred
• 2+ years'' experience in customer service 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience with AS400 preferred
