Maintenance Technician

Located in Amarillo, TX

Salary: 15.00

Express Employment Professionals is searching for an experienced Maintenance Tech for a local apartment complex. Associate will be responsible for a wide variety of duties. This role works internally with management, as well as other warehouse staff, on a daily and weekly basis to meet goals and deadlines.

Essential Job Functions:

• Keeping outside grounds cleaned up
• Painting
• Minor plumbing and electrical work
• Cleaning vacant units

Job Requirements:

• Starting at $15.00/hour
• Monday- Friday 8am – 5pm.
• 1 year apartment maintenance experience or similar job history
• Must be able to lift 50lbs on occasion
