HR Generalist/Recruiter

Located in Northfield, MN

Salary: $26-34/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Recruit for all positions
•    Responsible for all aspects of onboarding
•    Responsible for TN Program
•    Partner with Management on employee development and upholding culture
•    Respond to employee inquiries regarding employment, policies and programs
•    Attend Career Fairs and community involvement to recruit upcoming talent
•    Coordinate Summer Internship programs
•    Assist in managing annual Benefits Open Enrollment for all full-time employees
•    Respond to all Unemployment claims
•    Participate in Safety Committee

REQUIREMENTS
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR experience
•    Proficient in ADP
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) 
•    Strong skills in using spreadsheets and databases
