Salary: $16.00 / hr - $20.00 / hr

Job Summary:

Putting parts together (i.e. screw in lug) by hand or by small hydraulic press or tapper
Fast paced
Use clamps, epoxy, solder, ovens, hot plates, exacto knife, etc to assemble small parts
Use chemicals (acetone, alcohol, etc) to remove excessive epoxy and clean items. Will be cleaning items by hand, multiple times.
Test and check items, multiples times per item
Very repetitive

Pay: $16.00 / hr to $20.00 / hr

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday-Thursday)

Qualifications:

High attention to detail
Good depth perception
Ability to remain focused on task
Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills required
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Working with hands (repetitive motion), standing or sitting for long periods of time. Possibly feet as well (one of the presses is foot pedal operated)
Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Must comply with quality standards
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
