 General Job Duties:

1. Provide quotes and follow up
2. Enter orders and licenses; verify accuracy of sales orders
3. Call customers
4. Email correspondence
5. Serve as back up to answering phones for the front desk

 Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Customer Service experience required
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a collaborative mindset
• Sales experience a plus
• Must be motivated and dependable
• Ability to multi-task required
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
• Data entry accuracy is vital – must be very careful to avoid errors
• Detail-oriented, organized and thorough (detail-oriented is critical)
• Available to work overtime and weekends when necessary
• Team player
• Proficient at Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
• Willing to work in the office
