Salary: $19 - $22 / hr

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will oversee the management and maintenance of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing top-notch client services.

Responsibilities: As a Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to emergency calls promptly and efficiently.
• Collecting rents, delivering notices, and maintaining property signage.
• Training and supervising all staff members under your direction.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including Fair Housing guidelines, recordkeeping, reporting, and audits.
• Reporting accidents and emergency situations to the Regional Property Manager immediately and preparing CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) reports.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Two years of property management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in property management and direct client services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Occupancy Specialist certification required within six months of hire.
• A valid Driver’s License and the ability to drive for work use.
• Ability to regularly sit, stand, climb, walk, hear/listen, talk.
• Capability to frequently lift up to 20 pounds, pull/push, carry, grasp, reach, stoop, kneel.
• Occasional crawling ability.
